Calls among the four FSM States of Chuuk, Kosrae, Yap and Pohnpei are considered domestic calls. All calling charges are based on actual conversation time. Calls with fractions of one second or more are rounded to the next minute. To any state, calls are $0.15 per minute for Direct Dialing and for each additional minute. 

All calls made to destinations outside of FSM are considered international calls. All calling charges are based on actual connection time. Calls with fractions of one second or more are rounded to the next minute. Prepaid card calls get up to 20% discount or $1 per minute, whichever is higher. For international calling rates, click here.
